• Initial Site Visit to collect relevant measurements and information on the property.

• Selection of carefully chosen bespoke furnishings, lighting, rugs, art, and accessories.

• Picking, packing, loading, and unloading of rentals on site.

• Delivery and furniture set up on staging day.

• Installation and complete set up, every pillow in place, every bed freshly steamed.

• Pack up of furniture and decor rentals upon sale of the home.

Partial Staging - Occupied Property

Your home becomes a property in the market. We depersonalize your space tweak and restyle. By using neutral styling, addressing problem areas, and giving it personality we enhance your listing to stand out and impress potential buyers.

Consultation Only - $295  

An extensive walk-thru of the property includes recommendations on decluttering, furniture layout, editing, organizing, cleaning & repairs, paint color selection, artwork, and accessory display. We follow this visit with a detailed recommendation report outlining everything we recommend you do to make the home look more on-trend, stylish, and appealing to buyers.

Photo Ready - $495 

This value-added service package is designed exclusively for realtors looking for the perfect listing pictures. It is also recommended when timelines do not allow for a full consultation. We will coordinate staging on photography day working exclusively with what is in the home. Let us ensure every pillow is fluffed, beds are made, pet food dishes are removed, clutter is minimalized, toilet seat lids are down and any other fine-tuning that may be required is done properly. This is a one-time visit that does not include/need a previous consultation.  Please allow a minimum of 4-5 hours before the photographer’s arrival. (Quote for rentals if required but not included.)
