Photo Ready

This value-added service package is designed exclusively for realtors looking for the perfect listing pictures. It is also recommended when timelines do not allow for a full consultation. We will coordinate staging on photography day, working exclusively with what is in the home. Let us ensure every pillow is fluffed, beds are made, pet food dishes are removed, clutter is minimalized, toilet seat lids are down, and any other fine-tuning that may be required is done correctly. This is a one-time visit that does not include/need a previous consultation.  Please allow a minimum of 4-5 hours before the photographer’s arrival. (Quote for rentals if required but not included.)
